About Heather
Heather is a concert pianist and dedicated piano educator with over 28 years of private teaching and university-level instruction experience. A former adjunct music professor at New York University, she brings a warm, patient, and student-centered approach to teaching. She has a strong track record of building technique, musicianship, and stage confidence in students of all ages and levels. She also brings extensive experience preparing students for ABRSM examinations guiding students confidently through every stage of the exam process.
Her performance career includes a solo recital at Merkin Concert Hall, Steinway Hall and Frederickson Hall in New York; a concerto performance with the Seoul Symphony Orchestra; an international tour stop in Sofia, Bulgaria. She has participated in the Mozarteum International Music Festival in Salzburg and the Aspen Music Festival.
